  • Design, branding, and print outcomes vary by business, market, and execution. We do not guarantee results, revenue, or specific outcomes. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of future performance. Do your own due diligence before acting on any information.

  • Thank you for choosing Front Range Graphics. We aim for clarity and smooth projects.

    1) Payment & Invoicing

    • Projects are invoiced with clearly stated deliverables and timelines.

    • Design Services: Payment terms are stated on your estimate/invoice (many projects require a deposit or payment in full before work begins).

    • Printing/Apparel: Full payment is required before FRG places orders with vendors. Clients pay FRG; FRG pays the vendor(s). Products ship directly to the client’s address on file.

    2) Revisions

    • Most design services include a defined revision process (e.g., two rounds unless otherwise stated). Additional revisions or scope changes are billed at our then-current rates.

    3) Refunds

    • Services: Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable for work performed. Any partial refunds (if considered) are calculated based on work completed and vendor costs already incurred.

    • Printing/Apparel: Because we coordinate third-party production, print/apparel costs are non-refundable once ordered. If there’s an issue with production quality or shipping damage, we will work with the vendor to pursue a reprint or remedy per vendor policy.

    • Rush fees and special order costs are non-refundable.

    4) Cancellations

    • If you cancel after work begins, you are responsible for work completed to date and any vendor costs already incurred.

    5) Timeline

    • Approved refunds (if any) are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • FRG designs and coordinates production with vetted wholesale printers and apparel decorators. We are not a print shop.

    How it works

    • FRG prepares specs, coordinates quotes, and manages orders with selected vendors.

    • You approve the estimate and pay FRG in full; we place the order with our vendor(s).

    • Products are shipped directly to you.

    • For installations (e.g., signage, fleet graphics), FRG can refer installers or help you find one in your area. Installers contract directly with you.

  • Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, FRG grants clients a commercial use license for final, paid deliverables created for that client’s brand (e.g., logos, brand assets, print-ready files) for their own business use. FRG retains underlying copyrights, working files, and creative process materials unless a separate, paid transfer is executed (see Copyright Release below). Stock/licensed assets remain subject to their original licenses.

  • If you require full copyright ownership of specific creative work, FRG can provide a copyright transfer for an additional fee.

    Process:

    • Request in writing before project commencement (or at estimate stage)

    • We’ll scope terms and fees; both parties sign a transfer agreement

    • Full payment (including release fee) is required prior to transfer

    • Releases are permanent and typically non-refundable

    If you don’t need a full transfer, our standard commercial license usually meets most business needs.

  • FRG may suggest third-party tools, printers, platforms (e.g., Squarespace/Wix), or vendors to support your project. Any affiliate relationships will be clearly disclosed where applicable. Recommendations are based on our experience; you should conduct your own due diligence. FRG is not responsible for third-party performance, availability, pricing, policies, or outcomes.

    • We primarily build on Squarespace and can also work in Wix.

    • WordPress projects require a separate consultation and custom pricing due to additional complexity (hosting, security, maintenance, and updates).

    • SEO & Social Media Management (SMM):

      • FRG does not perform ongoing SEO or social media management in-house.

      • We may provide referrals to outside professionals if you request these services.

      • All pricing, results, and service terms are handled directly between you and the third-party provider.

      • FRG will not act as a middleman or manage vendor communications. Our role ends at the referral.

    This ensures we stay focused on delivering high-quality design and branding while giving you trusted options for complementary services.

  • We respect your privacy. FRG is happy to sign a Mutual NDA upon request, especially for sensitive or pre-launch work. We use your submitted information solely to understand your needs and deliver your project.

  • We strive to make our website accessible and are working toward WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines, including alternative text, keyboard navigation, sufficient contrast, logical heading structure, and mobile compatibility. Accessibility is an ongoing effort.
