Front Range Graphics
Disclaimer’s and Policies
This page outlines the policies, terms, and service expectations governing all work performed by Front Range Graphics. These policies define project scope, revisions, payments, responsibilities, and third-party relationships.
-
Scope of Work
All projects are based on a defined scope of services outlined in the approved estimate, proposal, or package. Requests outside of the approved scope, including additional concepts, formats, deliverables, revisions beyond those included, or changes in creative direction, may require additional design time and will be quoted or billed separately. Front Range Graphics will communicate any anticipated changes before proceeding with billable work.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear direction, requested content, assets, and timely approvals throughout the project. Clients are also expected to review drafts carefully and submit consolidated feedback whenever possible. Delays in communication, missing content, incomplete information, or delayed approvals may affect project timelines and delivery dates.
Revision Process
Most projects include a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the approved estimate, proposal, or package. A revision round consists of consolidated feedback intended to refine the current approved design direction.
Revisions are intended to improve an approved concept—not introduce an entirely new concept or substantially change the original project scope.
Multiple individual messages, piecemeal feedback, or conflicting revision requests may be grouped and treated as separate revision rounds.
Requests that introduce a new creative direction, expand the original scope of work, or exceed the included revision allowance may require additional billable design time. Front Range Graphics will notify the client before proceeding with any additional work.
Third-Party Services
Front Range Graphics may recommend, coordinate with, or facilitate communication between clients and third-party vendors, including printers, apparel decorators, web hosting providers, software platforms, domain registrars, or other service providers.
While every effort is made to recommend reliable partners, Front Range Graphics is not responsible for the performance, pricing, timelines, availability, quality, warranties, or outcomes provided by any third-party vendor. Any agreements, purchases, or contracts with third-party providers remain solely between the client and the vendor unless otherwise stated in writing.
Advisory & Decision Responsibility
Front Range Graphics provides recommendations based on professional experience, industry best practices, and production knowledge. Final decisions regarding design, content, production, marketing, implementation, and business strategy remain the responsibility of the client.
If a client chooses to proceed against professional recommendations, Front Range Graphics is not responsible for any resulting production issues, usability concerns, marketing performance, business outcomes, or additional costs associated with those decisions.
Project & Payment Control
All projects require confirmed scope, pricing, payment terms, and any required client-provided materials before work begins.
Projects may be paused, rescheduled, or delayed if:
Required content or assets have not been provided.
Client approvals are delayed.
Project scope changes significantly.
Revision requests exceed the approved scope.
Payment terms are not maintained.
Additional work is requested before previously approved work has been completed.
Front Range Graphics will communicate any project impacts and revised timelines as necessary.
-
Effective Date: July 7, 2026
Projects are scheduled once the required payment has been received and all necessary project information, content, and assets have been provided. Estimated project timelines begin once both requirements have been satisfied.
Branding & Website Projects: A 50% deposit is required to begin. The remaining balance is due prior to final file delivery, website launch, transfer of ownership, or release of editable files.
Graphic Design & Creative Services: Payment is due in full before work begins. This includes, but is not limited to, logo recreation, graphic design, print design, marketing materials, business cards, flyers, brochures, postcards, banners, signage, presentations, AI-assisted creative services, and other standalone creative projects.
Print & Production Orders: Payment is due in full before Front Range Graphics places any order with third-party production vendors.
Retainers: Billed monthly and due on the 1st. Retainer time is reserved exclusively for the client each month and billed accordingly unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Payment Methods: Credit/Debit, ACH, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or other payment methods listed on the invoice.
Returned or reversed payments may incur applicable bank or processing fees.
Late Fees, Interest & Collections
Invoices unpaid 10 days after the due date incur a 5% late fee.
Unpaid balances accrue 1% monthly interest (12% APR) or the maximum rate permitted under Colorado law (C.R.S. §5-12-102).
Late fees do not compound.
Balances over 30 days may result in paused work, withheld deliverables, or referral to collections.
The client is responsible for all collection-related costs, including administrative, legal, collection agency, court, or recovery fees.
Discounts, courtesy rates, promotional pricing, and payment arrangements are contingent upon timely payment unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Front Range Graphics.
If an invoice becomes past due, all discounts are revoked and the balance reverts to standard pricing.
Revisions
Revision allowances vary by project and are outlined in the approved estimate, proposal, or package.
Additional revisions beyond the included scope are billed according to the current Front Range Graphics Directory of Services.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Front Range Graphics provides custom creative and production services that cannot be returned.
Services
Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable once a project has been scheduled or work has started.
If no work has begun, deposits may be refunded minus any applicable administrative or scheduling costs.
Print & Production Orders
All sales are final once approved and submitted to production.
If Front Range Graphics or its production partners cause an error, a reprint or correction will be provided at no additional cost.
Errors resulting from client-provided files, incorrect approvals, spelling or content errors, or missing information are the client’s responsibility.
Retainers
Retainers are non-refundable once paid.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, early termination of a retainer may require payment of up to 50% of the remaining contract balance.
Approval & Responsibility
Client approval is required prior to production or final delivery.
Approvals must be provided in writing through email or other documented communication.
Payment of an invoice, deposit, or continuation of work may be considered approval to proceed.
Front Range Graphics is not responsible for errors after client approval.
Colors, materials, and final output may vary between digital proofs, physical proofs, and finished products due to differences in devices, printing methods, materials, and production processes.
Outside Vendors & Materials
Front Range Graphics may recommend, coordinate with, or facilitate communication between clients and third-party vendors, including printers, apparel decorators, web hosting providers, software platforms, domain registrars, or other service providers.
While every effort is made to recommend reliable partners, Front Range Graphics is not responsible for the performance, pricing, timelines, availability, quality, warranties, or outcomes provided by any third-party vendor.
Any agreements, purchases, or contracts with third-party providers remain solely between the client and the vendor unless otherwise stated in writing.
Abandoned Projects
Projects that remain inactive due to a lack of client communication, required content, approvals, or other requested information for 30 consecutive days may be placed on hold.
Projects that remain inactive for 90 consecutive days may be considered abandoned and closed.
If a client wishes to resume an abandoned project, additional design time, revised pricing, or a new project timeline may apply based on the work required and Front Range Graphics’ current availability.
Previously paid deposits remain subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Final Sale
All sales are final once production has begun or final files have been delivered.
Governing Law
All work performed by Front Range Graphics is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Acceptance of Terms
Approval of an estimate or proposal, payment of a deposit, payment of an invoice, or authorization for Front Range Graphics to begin work constitutes acceptance of the current Terms & Conditions, Directory of Services, pricing, and project policies.
