By using this website, approving an estimate, or submitting payment for any invoice, you agree to the policies on this page.

    Ownership

    Unless otherwise stated, all content is owned by FRG or its licensors.

    Restrictions on Use

    We do not sell your data.

  • Payment & Scheduling

    • Projects are scheduled once payment is received.

    • Design & Branding: 50% deposit to begin; balance due before final file delivery.

    • Websites: 50% deposit to begin; balance due before launch.

    • Print Orders: Must be paid in full before FRG will place orders with vendors.

    • Retainers: Billed monthly; due on the 1st. Time is reserved in advance.

    Payment Methods: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, ACH, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or methods listed on your invoice.

    Returned payments may incur fees.

    Late Fees, Interest & Collections

    • Invoices unpaid 7 days after the due date incur a 5% late fee.

    • Unpaid balances accrue 1% monthly interest (12% APR) or the maximum rate under Colorado law (C.R.S. §5-12-102).

    • Late fees do NOT compound.

    • Balances 30+ days overdue may result in paused work, withheld files, or referral to collections.

    • Client is responsible for reasonable collection/legal/admin fees.

    • Discounts are revoked if an invoice becomes past due and the balance reverts to standard full retail pricing.

    Revisions

    Each project includes two (2) rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified.

    Additional revisions:

    • $100 per round (design)

    • $50/hr (copywriting/blogs)

    Refund & Cancellation Policy

    FRG provides creative services that cannot be “returned.” Therefore:

    Services

    Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

    Deposits

    Non-refundable once a project is scheduled or work has started.

    If no work has begun, deposits may be refunded minus administrative/scheduling costs.

    Print & Apparel Orders

    • All sales are final once approved and submitted to production.

    • If FRG causes a production error, a reprint will be issued at no cost.

    • Errors due to client-provided files, incorrect approvals, or missing info are the client’s responsibility.

    Retainers

    Retainers are non-refundable once paid.

    Early termination requires payment of 50% of the remaining contract balance.

    Refund Processing

    Approved refunds (if any) process within 7–10 business days.

    Acceptance of Terms

    Approval of an estimate, payment of a deposit, or any invoice payment constitutes acceptance of FRG’s Terms & Conditions, Payment Policies, and Price Guide.

    Governed by Colorado law.

  • FRG designs and coordinates production with vetted wholesale printers and apparel decorators. We are not a print shop.

    How it works

    • FRG prepares specs, coordinates quotes, and manages orders with selected vendors.

    • You approve the estimate and pay FRG in full; we place the order with our vendor(s).

    • Products are shipped directly to you.

    • For installations (e.g., signage, fleet graphics), FRG can refer installers or help you find one in your area. Installers contract directly with you.

    Outside Vendor Coordination (Non-FRG printers)

    If you choose to use a non-FRG print or production vendor, FRG can prepare files and coordinate specifications for that vendor.

    • Includes up to 30 minutes per item for file transfer, spec review, and printer-specific adjustments.

    Flat fee: $25 per item.

  • FRG releases full usage rights to the client upon receipt of full payment.

    FRG retains non-exclusive rights to display completed work in portfolios, websites, and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., NDA or buyout).

    Logo Designs

    • Full ownership of final logo files upon payment.

    • Third-party assets requested by the client must be licensed by the client.

    • NDA or portfolio exclusion must be disclosed before project start and may incur fees.

    • Buyout option available (see below).

    Marketing Materials

    Royalty-free license for approved designs.

    Client must maintain licenses for third-party assets requested by them.

    Web Design

    Full usage rights on Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, etc.

    Custom code remains property of FRG or developers unless otherwise agreed.

    Replicating or reselling layouts is prohibited.

    Copywriting & Blogs

    Full usage rights for marketing; FRG may use excerpts unless NDA prohibits.

    File Delivery

    FRG provides final artwork in AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG as appropriate.

    Native files (AI, PSD, INDD) are included at no additional cost upon project completion.

    Client is responsible for having compatible software.

    Important Licensing Notes

    • FRG provides properly licensed stock assets when used in paid projects.

    • Specialty asset costs will be disclosed before purchase.

    • No resale or redistribution of FRG-created designs or templates without a commercial license.

    Copyright Buyout / Portfolio Exclusion

    +50% of total project cost

    Grants full copyright transfer and removes FRG’s portfolio rights.

  • FRG coordinates with third-party print vendors; FRG is not a print shop.

    Process:

    • FRG prepares files and submits orders after client approval & full payment

    • Products ship directly to the client

    • Installers work directly with the client; FRG is not responsible for installer performance

  • FRG does not provide:

    • administrative support

    • bookkeeping

    • SEO campaign management

    • paid advertising management

    • social media management

    • marketing consulting

    • legal services

    • advanced website development (PHP, custom apps)

    • PR services

    • Canva projects or resale-marketplace templates

    • rush projects without required assets

    • AI-only designs

    Referrals may be offered; FRG is not liable for third-party vendors.

  • Clients agree to:

    • communicate via email for requests and approvals

    • respect office hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm MST)

    • provide clear goals, deadlines, and full content

    • provide timely feedback

    • consolidate internal team revisions

    • plan ahead during busy season (May–Sept)

  • Clients should:

    • define goals and target audience

    • gather all copy, images, and logos upfront

    • provide visual references

    • confirm brand assets

    • minimize revision cycles through consolidated feedback

    • approve drafts promptly

  • Design, branding, and print outcomes vary by business, market, and execution. We do not guarantee results, revenue, or specific outcomes. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of future performance. Do your own due diligence before acting on any information.

  • If you require full copyright ownership of specific creative work, FRG can provide a copyright transfer for an additional fee.

    Process:

    • Request in writing before project commencement (or at estimate stage)

    • We’ll scope terms and fees; both parties sign a transfer agreement

    • Full payment (including release fee) is required prior to transfer

    • Releases are permanent and typically non-refundable

    If you don’t need a full transfer, our standard commercial license usually meets most business needs.

  • FRG builds primarily on Squarespace; also supports Wix.

    WordPress requires a separate consultation.

    FRG does not offer ongoing SEO or social media management.

  • FRG may suggest third-party tools, printers, platforms (e.g., Squarespace/Wix), or vendors to support your project. Any affiliate relationships will be clearly disclosed where applicable. FRG is not responsible for third-party performance, availability, pricing, policies, or outcomes.

  • We respect your privacy. FRG is happy to sign a Mutual NDA upon request, especially for sensitive or pre-launch work. We use your submitted information solely to understand your needs and deliver your project.

  • We strive to make our website accessible and are working toward WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines, including alternative text, keyboard navigation, sufficient contrast, logical heading structure, and mobile compatibility. Accessibility is an ongoing effort.
