Front Range Graphics
Disclaimer’s and Policies
This page outlines the policies, terms, and service expectations governing all work performed by Front Range Graphics. These policies define project scope, revisions, payments, responsibilities, and third-party relationships.
-
Scope of Work
All projects are based on a defined scope of services. Any requests outside of the approved scope, including additional concepts, formats, or expanded deliverables, will be quoted and billed separately.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear direction, content, and assets upfront, as well as reviewing drafts and submitting consolidated feedback. Delays in communication or approvals may impact timelines.
Revision Process
Most projects include a defined number of revision rounds. A revision round consists of consolidated feedback addressing adjustments to the current design direction.
Multiple individual messages or piecemeal feedback may be grouped and treated as separate revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included scope will be billed accordingly.
AI-Generated Content
AI-generated images or designs are not production-ready and often require reconstruction or refinement. Any work involving AI-generated content will be billed based on the level of work required.
Third-Party Services
FRG may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors; however, FRG is not responsible for vendor performance, timelines, pricing, or outcomes. All third-party agreements are between the client and the vendor.
Advisory & Decision Responsibility
FRG may provide recommendations based on experience. If a client chooses to proceed against a recommendation, the outcome of that decision is the responsibility of the client.
Project & Payment Control
All projects require confirmed scope, pricing, and payment terms before work begins. Work may be paused if scope, revisions, or payment terms are not aligned.
-
AI Use in Design Projects
AI tools can be useful for generating ideas, inspiration, and initial concepts. However, AI-generated content is not considered final or production-ready.
AI is designed to continuously generate variations and suggestions, even when changes are not necessary. As a result, outputs are often inconsistent, incorrectly sized, or not aligned with real-world design, print, or production requirements.
AI-generated content should be treated as a starting point, not final direction.
AI-Generated Designs
If AI-generated designs are provided:
Files are typically low resolution or improperly formatted
They must be recreated or refined in professional design software
They are not suitable for print, signage, or scalable use without reconstruction
AI-Generated Images
If AI-generated images are provided for use in designs:
Files are often not sized correctly for their intended use
Important visual elements may conflict with layout needs (text placement, cropping, etc.)
Additional time may be required to refine or regenerate usable visuals
AI Image Creation (Billable Work)
Creating, refining, or rebuilding AI-generated visuals is treated as a design service.
This work is billed based on time required.
Typical AI image development ranges from multiple rounds of prompting, refinement, and adjustment before a usable image is achieved.Client-Provided AI Content
Clients are welcome to provide their own AI-generated images or concepts.
Providing final, usable visuals helps keep projects within standard pricing and timelines.

Payment & Scheduling
Projects are scheduled once payment is received.
Design, Branding & Web: 50% deposit required to begin; remaining balance due prior to final file delivery or launch.
Print & Production Orders: Must be paid in full before FRG will place orders with vendors.
Retainers: Billed monthly and due on the 1st. Time is reserved in advance and billed accordingly.
Payment Methods: Credit/Debit, ACH, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or other methods listed on your invoice.
Returned or reversed payments may incur applicable bank or processing fees.
Late Fees, Interest & Collections
Invoices unpaid 10 days after the due date incur a 5% late fee.
Unpaid balances accrue 1% monthly interest (12% APR) or the maximum rate permitted under Colorado law (C.R.S. §5-12-102).
Late fees do not compound.
Balances over 30 days may result in paused work, withheld deliverables, or referral to collections.
Client is responsible for all collection-related costs, including administrative, legal, or recovery fees.
Discounts, courtesy rates, and promotional pricing are contingent upon timely payment.
If an invoice becomes past due, all discounts are revoked and the balance reverts to standard pricing.
Revisions
Most projects include two (2) rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified.
Additional revisions are billed as follows:
$100 per round (design)
$50/hr (copywriting, content, or additional services)
Refund & Cancellation Policy
FRG provides custom creative and production services that cannot be returned.
Services
Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable once a project is scheduled or work has started.
If no work has begun, deposits may be refunded minus administrative or scheduling costs.
Print & Production Orders
All sales are final once approved and submitted to production.
If FRG or its production partners cause an error, a reprint or correction will be issued at no additional cost.
Errors resulting from client-provided files, incorrect approvals, or missing information are the client’s responsibility.
Retainers
Retainers are non-refundable once paid.
Early termination may require payment of 50% of the remaining contract balance.
Approval & Responsibility
Client approval is required prior to production or final delivery.
Approvals must be provided in writing (email or documented communication).
Payment of an invoice, deposit, or continuation of work may be considered approval to proceed.
FRG is not responsible for errors after approval.
Colors, materials, and final output may vary between proofs and finished products.
Outside Vendors & Materials
FRG may coordinate with third-party vendors for printing, production, or fulfillment.
FRG will work directly with its production partners to address and resolve vendor-related issues when applicable.
FRG is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by third-party vendors, client-supplied materials, or incorrect specifications provided by others.
Final Sale
All sales are final once production has begun or final files have been delivered.
Governing Law
All work is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Acceptance of Terms
Approval of an estimate, payment of a deposit, or any invoice payment constitutes acceptance of FRG’s current terms, pricing, and project policies.
